About the Sanctuary and the retreat

Calling the Tribe — A Living Blueprint for Regeneration

Let’s get together, us, who feel the call to live according to our original blueprint, recreating the primal ecosystem through conscious presence, ecological harmony, and spiritual clarity. This meeting is in a retreat setting, a way to connect, to get to know each other, and to prepare for future alignment as we begin to live and work together toward a shared goal.

It is a living field of resonance, also for those who want to initiate similar sanctuaries elsewhere.

A Living Plan

  1. Welcome to the unfolding vision of a sanctuary rooted in simplicity, ecological harmony, and direct spiritual experience. Though still in the preparatory stage, this page is an invitation—a living plan held with care—to organize a meeting that honors “Being” beyond concept and belief.

 What Is Envisioned.

This offering supports individuals in transition—of life, values, or diet—through rhythms that restore connection to breath, body, and land:

  • Ecological care and simple work
  • Plant-based nourishment as peace in practice
  • Silent contemplation
  • Opportunities for solitude in nature
  • Grounding through the elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space

There are no certifications or belief systems to adopt. This is not a program—it is a space of transformation held in direct experience.

The Essence

This retreat is for those who are ready to go deep. During the first introductory retreat (not the 4×21 days), nothing new will be taught. There will be no explanations, no techniques, no conceptual guidance. You will simply interiorize what you already received. This is why, beforehand, you must read everything on this website and the additional material that we will share in our one-to-one call. You must arrive already prepared.

The only moment for questions is the last day.

The purpose is simple: remove distraction, stop collecting information, and let what you know sink into your being—beyond thinking, beyond theory, into direct presence.

Distinguishing features include:

  • Reflections offered before the retreat, not during, as described above
  • Optional solitude
  • Sharing of sacred teachings and themes from Towards the Original Nature and the Relationship with the Earth (check in the menu) during the 4×21-day cycles
  • Reverence for silence as a gateway to clarity
  • Spaces for conscious intimacy:

For couples, the retreat offers a space to explore conscious intimacy grounded in energy transmutation. This means deepening connection while cultivating awareness of subtle energies—transforming habitual patterns into presence. Guidance is minimal; spaciousness is the teacher. Must already have some experience with this.

Open Sanctuary, Ongoing Retreat

The sanctuary is open full-time. Those who feel called may arrive at any moment around the beginning of each cycle and stay as long as they wish. The rhythm is spacious and cyclical, allowing for deep immersion or gradual return.

Why Four Cycles of 21 Days?

This retreat is not designed for temporary relief—it is a field for deep alignment. The four 21-day cycles allow time for our purposes to blend, for resonance to mature, and for shared vision to take root. Those who tune in from the very beginning may be invited to help hold and even run the retreat itself, as co-stewards of the field. And for those who feel deeply aligned but cannot complete the full cycle due to life circumstances, (the first week is a must though) recordings and transmissions will be shared—so the thread of connection remains unbroken.

The retreat unfolds in the following way:

Retreat Rhythm

Phase

Duration

Description

J

You may choose to complete all four cycles consecutively, or return to complete them over time. Each cycle will be repeated, allowing for flexible participation.

Nourishment and Transition

This sanctuary welcomes all stages of dietary transition. While energetic plant-based nourishment is the foundation, those who wish to become but are not yet vegan will be supported with high-quality vegetarian food until their body naturally adapts. There is no pressure or timeline—only care and understanding. The only prerequisite is that you have already transitioned to vegetarianism.

Why this approach?

More than half of those who adopt veganism return to other diets due to nutrient deficiency or social dissonance. This retreat addresses both:

  • Nutritional education through direct experience. No more nutrient deficiencies
  • Dissolution of social identity through silence and presence
  • Introduction to pranic nourishment as a natural evolution

Four Pillars of Teaching

The retreat is anchored in four streams of transmission:

  1. Spiritual – Direct experience of the sacred
  2. Energetic – Cultivation and refinement of subtle energy
  3. Physical – Diet, breath, and elemental grounding
  4. Ecological – Regeneration of the primal ecosystem

Relationship teachings are not offered directly. Instead, couples are invited to explore curated materials when the time feels ripe. Maturity, not method, guides this path.

If You Feel Drawn

Begin by reaching out—share a little of your story. This exchange isn’t about qualifying; it’s about feeling the resonance.

Financial contributions are handled with care and flexibility. If you’re sincerely called to participate but face financial hardship, alternative arrangements may be considered. Readiness of spirit—not monetary wealth—guides participation.

Preparation for the Hrigaia Retreat

A Descent into Silence and Regeneration

Introduction

The Hrigaia retreat is a transmission, an initiation to one’s own Nature. To receive it, one must arrive clear.

What follows is a turning inward: a symbolic preparation for entering the field of silence, regeneration, and soul awakening. Each step is a gesture toward your inner being.

You are being called to a way of being. Together, we will enter into rhythm with Nature, with one another, and with the deeper currents beneath modern life in a field of mutual transformation.

Before You Step Through the Doorway

This retreat is not for everyone. It calls for readiness—physical, emotional, and energetic. The field we are entering is subtle and deep, and can only be received by those who arrive clear.

Don’t see the following as a list of requirements. They are essential preparations:

  1. Read All theArticles

Before attending, read the foundational texts—from Towards the Original Nature to Creating the Ecosystem. These writings are mirrors. They loosen the grip of the psyche and allow deeper recognition to emerge.

  1. Begin Dietary Transition

Based on guidance shared in Zoom meetings, begin adjusting your diet to support clarity and hormonal balance:

  • Eliminate addictive substances: alcohol, tobacco, coffee, marijuana, recreational drugs, and plant medicines
    • Reduce or eliminate dairy, wheat, sugar, and processed foods
    • Emphasize hydration, simplicity, and plant-based nourishment

When you arrive, the body must be clean—not mid-detox—so that subtle transmissions can be received without interference.

  1. Pineal & Pituitary Calibration

Begin gentle practices to support the pineal and pituitary glands:

  • Breathwork: alternate nostril breathing.
    • Sun gazing at sunrise or sunset and bare-foot walking
    • Herbal support: chaga, turmeric, ashwagandha, maca, gotu kola and others
    • Eliminate fluoride in water and toothpaste
    • Silent sitting with upright posture and open eyes

These practices attune the endocrine system and deepen intuitive perception.

  1. Posture & Presence Practice

Learn to sit with a straight spine, daily. This posture will be used throughout the retreat. It reflects the original human blueprint—alert, grounded, and receptive.

Closing Note

Hrigaia is all about dissolving the noise of modern life and remembering the original rhythm of being. When you return to your routine, it will not be the same. A new perspective will open up.

Preparation is a crossing into yourself, not a formality. If you feel ready, begin now.

The emphasis on preparation exists because the retreat days are few. They are not meant to be spent transitioning or recovering from hangovers. However, if you have time, come for a few months and do your transition with us.
