Relationship with the Animals

.The Stark Reality About Our Relationship with the Animals

Four Reflections on Consumption, Compassion, and Consciousness

Chapter 1:

A Dispute Over Animal Abuse

Most people believe that animals are like plants, so they feel no remorse for killing them. They are not sensitive to the suffering they cause. They think it is natural to kill them, and if they verbalized their thoughts, they would reason as follows:

“In the animal kingdom, the strong eat the weak. Life has no value, and death is part of their existence. Since I am superior to animals, why not take part in the food chain? If I do not eat them, another carnivorous animal will. And as I am superior, I have the right over their lives—to give it to them (by multiplying them) and then take it away. I consider this normal.”

Others believe that animals were given by God to humans to eat. The fact is that during the Ice Age and other difficult times when plant food was scarce, people resorted to eating animals to survive. This lack justifies the act, but now, in our time, we can live very well without eating meat. Just because our great-grandfathers did it does not mean we must do the same.

We value human life deeply, but we have probably never experienced the horror of a panic attack to truly understand the unbearable pain we cause to animals. This is experienced by all the billions of animals that are killed—before they die and after—as the shock of premature death leaves a deep imprint of fear and pain in their consciousness.

Just because we feel nothing when we kill or witness killing does not mean they do not experience this horrible pain and fear of death.

Those who eat meat often believe there is no connection between the premature death they have indirectly caused to many animals and their own premature death at the end of life. Yet they are tortured with the same unbearable pain from a fatal disease on their deathbed. The natural way for humans to die is in their sleep, perfectly healthy, with no pain involved. This can happen only to those with optimal physical and psychological well-being.

The Fallacy of Painless Killing

It often appears as if many humans do not have souls. The soul is not sentimentality that belongs in the astral plane. People, for instance, consider that animals do not suffer when they are killed, since painless methods are used in slaughterhouses—so it is okay to kill them. One must be highly insensitive to be incapable of feeling the terrible panic and infinite pain of animals when faced with the horrible “shock” of premature separation from their bodies. This has nothing to do with physical pain. One may have a hint of this panic and shock on the deathbed—but then it is too late.

The Ideal Scenario for Eating Animals

The Indians of the American continent in the distant past, endowed with the intelligence of nature, killed only animals that were about to die. The herbivores of that time had a harmonious relationship with humans, and when they felt their end approaching (if they managed to live that long and were not devoured by wild beasts), they went to the human camp and offered their bodies in exchange for human love and gratitude. This is the only time animals not only do not suffer, but because they offer their bodies to humans, they can be helped and transported to a higher level of evolution.

When one lives in harmony with nature, one knows when an animal is dying—one can read its death look. It is the moment when the animal, from old age, is almost gone from life and its consciousness is ready to be released. It is not afraid, and so its blood is not poisoned. We are speaking of a wild animal that lives carefree and does not experience unimaginable pain like animals confined in small spaces and multiplied for slaughter.

So, if one wants to eat meat and at the same time avoid causing terror and pain, one must learn to “read the death look” of the animal, understand whether it is ready to die, learn to aim, target, and kill it—and most of all, have true compassion to guide its soul to a higher scale of evolution. This presupposes that one is already an evolved being. Such a person would never kill an animal before its time comes.

There are charlatans—Gurus or priests—uttering ceremonial words to sacrifice animals (or for so-called kosher meat). Those who perceive the aura of those who eat such meat see that it darkens. If it were true that their ceremony prevented fear and suffering, the aura would not darken.

If one is not capable of guiding the animal soul and achieving complete transmutation, it is better not to eat meat. If these Guru charlatans are so sure their ceremony helps the animal, why not analyze the animal’s blood in a laboratory to prove that no toxins were produced by fear? In this way, they could silence those who doubt them.

Whether it is good to eat meat or not depends on this: if the animal is not afraid and does not suffer, then it is good. Otherwise, it is not. This applies to omnivores.

Personal Responsibility and the Urban Disconnect

Some believe that when they buy meat at the butcher shop—where millions of animals are killed to feed the population—the negative act of murder is somehow diffused. But what about the unbearable pain caused, and the unhealthy nature of meat filled with toxins of fear, chemicals, GM food, hormones, vaccines, and antibiotics?

Is it so antisocial to take personal responsibility for one’s life and food, and not allow others to kill for oneself? Why not go and see with your own eyes what happens in slaughterhouses, witness the source of the meat you eat, and then grab a knife and participate in the slaughter—killing the cow you will eat? If you cannot do it, is it fair to allow others to do it for you?

In the countryside, the slaughter of animals is much more visible, and meat eaters are directly involved. If one has animals for milk or hens for eggs, males, babies born on the farm, and useless old animals must be killed—either on the spot or transported elsewhere. It does not matter. So, if one lives in the countryside, has no animals, and eats meat, one buys it from neighbors who kill them upon order. Buying their products also contributes to their killing, as explained before.

The Path to Higher Consciousness Hijacked

The essence of all that has been said is how much one allows common sense and awareness to take into account the facts—to overcome one’s animalistic survival instinct that demands the life of an animal to sustain one’s own, and to develop higher capacities. Those who do both are NOT developing their higher capacities. They are fooling themselves.

Some believe they are spiritually superior and unaffected by what happens to their bodies. They are simply unaware of what they will have to pay in the future as a consequence. The fact that one can have perfect health without sacrificing animals is quite true—and convincing—when one sees so many herbivores pulsating with vitality.

Chapter 2:

The Harsh Reality of Raising Farm Animals

The ethical and health issues associated with modern animal agriculture

The Unethical Practices of Egg Farming

Almost all male chicks that are born are killed. When hens grow older and stop laying eggs, they are also killed. Even free-range hens endure significant torture. Free-range standards allow just two square feet of space per bird, which may or may not be outdoors—and if it is, there’s not a single blade of grass. Pasture-raised is better, but still nothing like the care one can offer personally.

Eggs are constantly stolen. By nature, hens lay 10–12 eggs and then sit to hatch them. Forced to lay continuously, they suffer chronic calcium depletion, resulting in up to an 80% reduction in their natural lifespan. Eggs have never been a healthy or safe source of protein, likely due to the way chickens are fed and raised. The USDA officially forbids the egg industry from using the words “healthy,” “nutritious,” or “safe” in advertising.

The Unethical Practices of Dairy Farming

Most dairy consumers are not emotionally weaned from their mothers and therefore have a subconscious tendency to consume dairy products. Some may be exceptions, acting out of ignorance, but most are unaware that they are addicted. Dairy contains casein, a protein that triggers an opioid response in the brain. If you try to stop eating it, withdrawal symptoms may last up to three weeks—proof of its addictive nature.

And dairy is not alone. Gluten from grains and combinations of fats and sugars also trigger reward centers in the brain and are addictive. Dairy causes inflammation in the intestinal tract, which can hinder female fertility. It disrupts estrogen production by introducing artificial growth hormones. Dairy containing antibiotics (and all non-organic dairy does) negatively impacts the microbiome, preventing proper estrogen metabolism—in other words, it interferes with women’s hormonal balance.

Milk and dairy products are top sources of artery-clogging saturated fat and cholesterol. Diets high in these increase the risk of heart disease. Cattle and sheep’s species-appropriate diet is grass only. Unlike chickens, they lack a gizzard and should be pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished with zero grains. Grains are toxic to their system. Feeding them grain contaminates their milk with toxins that end up in our bodies.

There are many more reasons to avoid dairy. If you heard how milk is processed from someone working in a milk or cheese factory, you would never want to consume it again. For vegetarians who avoid meat to prevent harm to animals, consuming dairy is equally unethical due to the unacceptable handling and feeding of dairy animals.

These animals live in enslavement, full of agony and infinite pain. When they grow old and can no longer produce milk, they are sent to slaughter. They know this fate from a young age, having seen older animals led away. They live their entire lives in constant fear. After giving birth each year, if the calf is male, it is usually killed. In any case, the young are not allowed enough time with their mothers. This separation causes immense pain to the mother—year after year, birth after birth.

This fear and pain carry a frequency that is passed into the milk and its products. Sorry, dear vegetarian, but I must tell you the truth. You may have stopped eating meat for whatever reason, but you are unaware of the harsh reality of dairy farms. Babies led to slaughter, babies needing milk but taken from their mothers so that milk can be given to you—an adult who has not yet weaned.

Wake up to reality. See what is truly happening so you can make a more conscious choice. The society you grew up in has brainwashed you into voluntary blindness, into living in an artificial, fake reality that ignores the truth behind everything in your life. How can you claim to love animals while contributing to their suffering and death in the most horrific ways by consuming their products? Is there any connection between your love for cheese and the animal that suffers so deeply to give it to you?

The Addictive Nature of Animal Products

The reason we crave animal products is because we are addicted to opioids. Meat contains albumin, hemoglobin, and gamma globulin—chemicals that activate the body’s opioid receptors. Dairy products contain casomorphin, an opioid created during the digestion of casein. Gluten contains gluteomorphin, another opioid.

These food-derived opioids activate the same brain receptors that respond to prescription painkillers and heroin. Search this—there are hundreds of articles that prove it. And while we’re on the topic of addiction, consider how addictive alcohol, caffeine, and sugar are, as well as highly processed foods. All trigger dopamine release in the brain’s reward system at levels comparable to nicotine and alcohol. The problem with these addictions is their serious side effects.

Environmental and Social Consequences of Livestock Farming

Another consequence of consuming meat and dairy—particularly in Greece, though similar patterns exist elsewhere—is the deforestation of over 90% of the jungle that once existed in Ancient Greece, home to lions, elephants, and rhinos. This destruction is due to the grazing of sheep and goats. Today, forests contain only species of trees that these animals cannot eat, like pines.

The immense, pristine forests of incredible beauty, once rich with exquisite fruits, have vanished. Goats graze under tall trees, consuming young seedlings meant to replace aging trees. Without new growth, forests disappear within decades. Dry logs and branches left behind catch fire, spreading flames that burn adjacent forests. Without forests, there is no rain, and vast areas fall into drought.

Most shepherds are tough individuals who destroy neighbors’ fences, allowing their animals to invade and consume crops and young trees. Many farmers are forced to abandon their land, unable to cope with the destruction. They cannot afford to build fences tall enough (1.80 meters) to keep goats out. Even if they do, shepherds cut openings with pliers they carry in their pockets. I’ve heard and seen dozens of cases of fence damage—this is why I mention it.

Another great damage comes from hunters. Hunters pose a lesser-known but significant threat by carelessly hunting in food-growing areas. Each bullet releases up to 150 lead fragments, contaminating soil around vegetables and fruit trees. A single bullet weighing 2.6 grams can contaminate a city’s drinking water supply for 200,000 people in one day.

Lead accumulation in garden soil makes it highly toxic, causing irreversible health effects—damage to kidneys, heart, nervous system, blood vessels, bones, and brain. Nature responds to threats by triggering extreme reproduction in endangered species, leading to ecosystem imbalance.

Conclusion

Meat, milk, yogurt, and cheese are among the main causes of desertification. They are some of the worst foods for humans—proven by thousands of studies—and are major contributors to viruses, colds (especially in children), and countless other diseases. And I’ve only touched lightly on the subject. Search further and you’ll find much more.

This is evidence of one of the largest causes of the chaos the world is in—and of the possible catastrophe ahead. Proven with numbers and statistics. There’s no space to list all the causes. Fortunately, our “Bosses” have a solution they’re applying rapidly: diminish this self-destructive population, and for those who remain, transform them into controlled cyborgs surviving on laboratory food and insects in a lunar landscape—forests burned, agricultural land destroyed by chemicals.

We failed as a species. This is the future we deserve. This is where the world is heading. But you have the power to reverse this—for yourself alone—and walk the ascending path. During the transition, before stopping them.

Chapter 3:

The Only Acceptable Ways of Consuming Animal Products

Proposed methods for consuming eggs and dairy in a way that is ethical

Raising Chickens for Eggs

Forget about enclosing chickens in small spaces and bringing them food. If you do, their eggs will contain half the omega-3 fats, one-third the vitamin D, one-quarter less vitamin E, and one-seventh less beta-carotene. Chickens should roam freely, under fresh air and sunshine, in a large area planted with a wide variety of wild edibles and grains, irrigated in summer to ensure access to their natural diet: seeds from weeds, green leaves, vegetables, fruits, insects, earthworms, snails, and small animals such as frogs and mice. These should form the majority of their intake, complemented with some kitchen scraps.

Add oregano, garlic, and apple cider vinegar to their water—these support immunity by attacking harmful bacteria in the digestive tract. Chickens have only been grain-fed for the past hundred years, due to the loss of wild foraging. Since chickens of the past are no longer available, your best option is to seek rare breeds—not commercial ones. Even if you start with chicks from a flock (avoid machine-hatched ones), they are born from hens accustomed to excessive grain consumption. Unless you are in the States, where grass-fed chickens are easier to find, you’ll need to offer some organic grains until your planted edibles are ready—then gradually reduce grain intake. The goal is to restore their ancestral diet.

Chickens are omnivores, but due to their voracious appetite, they will eat indiscriminately. Never feed them scraps high in fat or salt, or food that is rancid or spoiled. Also avoid raw potato peels, avocado, chocolate, citrus fruits, uncooked beans, processed grains and products like white bread, and anything containing sugar.

To encourage egg-laying, try Fennel, Marjoram, Nasturtium, and Parsley—natural stimulants. But consider this: for hens to lay willingly and not feel their eggs are being stolen, they must live stress-free and be loved. Then they will run toward you for affection. Loving them means never killing them. They sense when they will die of old age rather than prematurely—and if they feel otherwise, they will seek wild places to lay eggs and hatch chicks, making it nearly impossible to find their nests.

They must also have a cock. And they should be free to enter and exit their home at will—not wait for you to let them in or out at times that don’t suit them. Their home should be a chicken-wire enclosure with a wooden nest box inside, mounted on four metal bars about two meters off the ground, with no door. Chickens can enter by flipping their wings on a rudimentary bamboo ladder—no other animal can use it.

Their home should be within a small fenced area so that, on cold winter mornings when they cannot fly, no fox is waiting. Once they warm up and regain wing strength, they fly over the fence and manage on their own. In this way, keeping chickens becomes very easy.

Raising Milk Animals

The only acceptable way to raise milk animals—cows, goats, or sheep—is with love from a young age. After giving birth for the first time, they will provide milk continuously for many years. I have witnessed this with four goats. This approach eliminates the need to kill or sell the baby each year.

Allow the first baby to drink freely, then begin milking gradually. Once the baby is weaned, you may take all the milk. That milk should be consumed raw. NEVER heat it—heat destroys its integrity, and calcium molecules become indigestible, accumulating in arteries and joints.

Beyond drinking it raw, you can let it ferment naturally, or make kefir using kefir grains—without heating. For cheese, pass the kefir or sour milk through a cloth strainer and hang the cloth until all liquid drips out. There you have it.

The cow in India is considered holy because she is fed specific herbs, and her milk becomes highly medicinal—more potent than the herb itself. So feed your animal well, and let it roam freely in a large area..

Chapter 4:

The Philosophy of Human–Animal Relationships

Exploring the ethical contradictions of pet ownership, livestock farming, and the illusion of human supremacy

The Role of Animals in Nature and the Human Relationship with Them

Wild animals are an integral part of Nature, as flora and fauna complement each other. They play a vital role in the perfect functioning of the ecosystem.

When someone awakens to their Essence, they recognize the supremacy of human nature as vastly surpassing animal nature. Compassion for all sentient beings becomes impartial—an attitude of equanimity, neither favoring some nor neglecting others.

People’s relationship with animals often reflects emotional inconsistency: affectionate attachment to pets, fear of certain species like snakes, and indifference or hidden aversion toward the animals killed to feed themselves and their pets. Enjoying the flesh of a life sacrificed for one’s own sustenance is, in essence, a form of aversion toward that animal.

The Contradiction of Pet Ownership

Living an unnatural life in the city, unable to resolve one’s inner misery, people seek “crutches”—ways to swallow the loneliness and lack of love they experience from fellow humans. The company of pets offers a false sense of security and comfort, feeding selfish emotional needs, especially among women. As society becomes more immersed in technology, people will soon find similar comfort in owning robots.

In a primary ecosystem, owning carnivorous pets would result in them chasing away wild animals that approach us when they don’t feel threat. Moreover, feeding them requires the killing of other animals. To prevent their multiplication, we would have to castrate them—an unethical act that causes severe hormonal imbalance, akin to the eunuchs in harems who gain uncontrollable weight. And this is done without their consent.

Additionally, people wrongly consider veterinary care and pet-related expenses as primary, while treating donations to poor and homeless humans or humanitarian organizations as secondary—often neglected. This reveals the inhumane and egotistical nature of pet ownership.

If people were truly honest with themselves, they would recognize that their attachment to people, animals, possessions, and the control they exert over them strengthens their false ego. It is tragic that many live their entire lives in a self-created illusion, perpetuating attachment to a false sense of self—paving the way to future suffering, especially after death.

The Contradiction of Owning Farm Animals

To achieve a harmonious balance between humans, plants, and wild animals, “destructive” farm animals—especially goats—are incompatible with our ecosystem. If kept for dairy, they must be killed eventually, or they will multiply beyond the forest’s support capacity, filling space with old and surplus males.

Even if they are killed, raising animals for meat, dairy, and eggs requires four times more space than a plant-based diet—and with space-saving techniques, ten times more. Grazing animals degrade soil, as they require pasture, not trees. They are ecologically incompatible with the planet.

As cited from research: half of the world’s habitable land is used for agriculture, most of it to raise livestock for dairy and meat. If everyone shifted to a plant-based diet, global land use for agriculture would drop by 75%. Producing a kilocalorie of beef or lamb requires around 100 times more land than plant-based alternatives.

If humanity embraced an ecological mindset and subsisted on a plant-based diet without polluting or wasting Earth’s resources, the planet could support dozens of billions of ecologically conscious people. Instead, due to our current lifestyle, we are destroying the planet and heading toward a future of laboratory food and insects.

The Consequences of Meat and Dairy Consumption

Health and spiritual repercussions

We no longer live in an ice age where survival depended on eating animals. In today’s world of abundance, killing and consuming animals excites our base instincts and makes us more corporeal. Meat from animals given antibiotics, vaccines, hormones, and GMO feed is deeply unhealthy.

Eating pork causes hormonal imbalance, leading to feminized men and masculinized women—because pigs are castrated as babies to accelerate weight gain. Furthermore, those who consume meat and dairy or keep pets unknowingly allow lower astral elements of animals to “stick” to their etheric bodies, binding them to the lower astral plane. This prevents harmonious interaction with Nature, which requires transcendence beyond the astral realm.

Benefits of a Plant-Based Diet

By connecting with our energy body, we can enjoy perfect health without consuming animals or their products—and without supplements. The only thing a plant-based diet lacks is the energy of the murdered animal that sacrificed its life. But this absence is replaced by something far greater.

Our coordination with the ethereal forces of Nature improves through abstinence from animal products, enhancing our innate ability to biologically transmute nutrients and trace elements from plants into whatever our body needs. In this way, our subtle ethereal energy is invisibly enriched.

A Critique of Modern Society

The breeding of animals for meat and dairy is linked to environmental catastrophe, viruses, and disease. The society in which you were raised has brainwashed you into voluntary blindness—living in an artificial, fake reality. Humanity has failed as a species. A dystopian future awaits, where a diminished population survives as controlled cyborgs on laboratory food and insects.

A Path to Reversal

Despite this grim outlook, each individual has the power to reverse this—for oneself alone—and walk the ascending path. Through a conscious, plant-based lifestyle, one can achieve personal transformation and contribute to a healthier planet.
